About Us...By definition we are the First United Methodist Church of Glendale... But really, who are we?First of all, we are people who come together as a church family that worships together, grows together, serves together, and plays together. We have a simple but wonderful mission: to share God's love with every life we touch. We have a vision of what we can be for God and others: an active, vibrant, nurturing congregation, providing ministries that touch the hearts of people in our community. We are not alone in our journey for God is with us. As a United Methodist Church we join our hands with millions of other people called Methodists to accomplish wonderful things for God! (See the "Opportunities to Serve" and "Mission and Outreach" pages for examples of United Methodists working together.) If you're looking for a place to belong... A place where you are loved and valued and can grow in your faith. A place where you can serve with people who will be with you in the good times and the hard times in life.
